The Beurskwartier will be a new, sustainable urban district on the western side of Utrecht's main railway station and close to the Jaarbeurs exhibition centre. When completed, the district will include at least 2,500 homes, two parks and a variety of amenities including restaurants and cafés, cultural venues, and recreational facilities.

The project's various housing complexes will vary in height from 12 to 90 meters, creating a diverse and distinctive skyline. The apartments themselves will range in size and prize class, including both rental and owner-occupier units.
